On February 4, 1962, Danny Thomas officially opened this ground breaking and incredible organization. St Jude is a world leader in developing new, improved treatments for children with cancer, and create more clinical trials for cancer than any other children’s hospital. The hospital’s donor vendor was unreliable and the facility was losing its donor market share. The current vendor was closing its business. The level of work, while adequate, was not providing enough information to expand the demographics of donor information. The client needed a reliable donor processing partner with a long record of business stability and proven references and systems. The ability to capture more information from donor pledges and the ability to provide images to increase customer service and reduce storage requirements.
