We are excited to announce that we are now ISO 9001:2008 certified for our quality management system. ISO 9001:2008 is a quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization, an association of governmental and nongovernmental organizations from 161 countries that develops and refines international standards. The ISO 9001:2008 standard focuses on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, active participation of top management and employees, and the adoption of a process approach.

Under ISO 9001:2008 certification, ILM will be audited annually and required to continue improving its quality management system. Customers will benefit from our services that are consistently reliable, available and meet international regulatory standards.
