To celebrate a successful move into its new office building, ILM Corp hosted an open house with friends, members of the community, and local government officials. ILM’s two-story state-of-the-art facility welcomed guests on Thursday, May 17 including City of Fredericksburg Mayor Mary Katherine Greenlaw as well as members of the Economic Development Authority. Mayor Greenlaw and ILM President Jason Cohen offered remarks to over 150 guests.
Having broken ground just over 12 months prior, ILM packed up its 600 Lafayette Blvd. facility in early March and relocated its operations to 1551 Jefferson Davis Highway located in the Cowan Crossing development. ILM’s new building remains in a HUBZone designated area which offers preferred contracting opportunities with the federal government. The expansion allows for greater efficiency and productivity and expands capacity for continued growth.
