Since 1982, Green America has been a driving force for environmental sustainability, social justice, and economic fairness. Based in Washington, DC, this nonprofit empowers individuals and businesses through impactful initiatives focusing on clean energy, ethical consumerism, and corporate responsibility.
As with any successful nonprofit, Green America relies on efficient donor contribution management to fund its mission. However, their back-office operations faced significant hurdles when processing large volumes of donor payments, including:
